We work hard: we’re up before sunrise and long after sundown. We pay our bills. We cook, we clean, we take care of our kids and our parents. But billionaires and giant corporations have rigged the system. Each year they get richer while we struggle harder.

We see a different future—and we know that by coming together, we can win it.

WHO WE ARE

We are working people in rural and small town Washington: mill workers, veterans, nurses, cannery workers, loggers, childcare providers, grocery workers, cooks. We are parents, students, and retirees. We are renters, homeowners, and mobile homeowners. We’re joining together to win a better future in rural & small-town WA.

It shouldn’t be this hard to get by in rural WA. So we have a choice: we can try to tough it out alone and cross our fingers things will get better, or we can do something about it: come together, because only together can we fight back.  

We are fighting for the basics of a good life in rural Washington: good jobs, fair housing costs, healthy homes, affordable healthcare, solid wages, childcare, and more. We have a vision for The Good Life in Rural WA—see for yourself:

Billionaires and giant corporations buy political power to get rich and keep us struggling. But it doesn’t have to be this way. If we come together across race and division, we can shift the balance of power.

To win the future we deserve, we need each other. That means building our base: knocking on doors, having conversations with neighbors and strangers, and inviting more people in. It means growing our leadership skills and studying how the billionaires at the top use their wealth & power to amass more wealth & power – at our expense.  And it means electing and partnering with candidates for public office who truly stand up for the working class.

WE are how we win.
